Sales Tax
Due to state law, residents of Texas are charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Orders shipped to residents of other states will not be charged a sales tax.
Canceling an Order
If you must cancel or change your order, please send an email to websales at woofandbark.com or call us at 972.964.5164. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel or make changes to it. If it has already gone out, please follow the instructions for Initiating a Return.
Out of Stock
Occasionally an item will be out of stock due to popularity or manufacturers' backorder. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and let you know of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
It is our goal to provide you with cool stuff for your pets and excellent customer service. If you should receive a damaged or defective product, immediately contact us by telephone within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly address the issue. (Please call 972.964.5164 for Customer Service)

Delivery Information
Delivery prices are calculated for your purchase upon checkout. If you have selected items with oversize or special ship costs this will be noted but may not yet be calculated. If so, we will call or email to inform you of the total cost before completing your purchase and shipping the product.
Shipments in multiple boxes may not all arrive together.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we will ship via USPS w/ delivery confirmation.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Additional shipping costs may apply to packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
To Return or Exchange an Item
We want you to be excited about your new purchases. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange it. In the case of a return, you may receive store credit for the full purchase price (exceptions listed below). However, the credit will not include the shipping and handling costs.
Just follow the instructions below to Initiate a Return or Exchange.
* A store credit or exchange will be provided for returned merchandise. WOOF...cool stuff for dogs will not issue refunds for returned merchandise. * Merchandise must be shipped back to WOOF no later than 10 days after the customer's receipt of the product. * Merchandise must be in its original, unused and re-saleable condition to be returned or exchanged. * Customers may receive One free Exchange per original item ordered. Repeat exchanges of such an item (ie: wrong apparel size) will be charged an $8 per item fee. * The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return an item
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email websales at woofandbark.com. For prompt service please enter RETURN as the subject line.
- Pack the item in the original packaging with all accompanying materials.
- Indicate the Reason for your Return on the original packing slip or invoice that came with your product. Enclose this with your package.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to the following address:

** Please be sure that your shipment is postmarked no more than ten days after your initial receipt of the product.
*** We strongly suggest that you send your package with UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. However if you ship via USPS, please be sure to insure your package and elect delivery confirmation.
The Following Merchandise Can Not be Returned or Exchanged:
+ Treats, Food Products or any other Perishable Items + Custom Orders or Personalized Products + Toys + Pet Travel Carriers (a) + Beds and Blankets (a) + Merchandise that is returned after 10 days and/or without an RMA
(a) Due to standard health regulations, these items may not be returned or exchanged.
